OpenClassrooms is partnering with Code Tenderloin to ensure that companies hire everyone from transitional backgrounds, including unemployment, homelessness, addiction, incarceration, or any other barriers, in meaningful apprenticeship opportunities.
We help organizations hire diverse tech and marketing candidates for part-time marketing and tech roles.
Hire apprentices from diverse, disadvantaged backgrounds with the following skill sets:
Apprenticeship program:
One-Year apprenticeship contract (upon completion, can be hired full time)
At least 20 hours minimum - 32 hours+ per week
Your organization must pay a living wage of at least $25/hr

Sign the SOW electronic signature agreement form to receive our free recruitment services, forwarding you candidates.
2. Confirm Your Needs
Confirm the attached job description.
Share your needs/ requirements via a Google Form.
3. Interviewing Availability
Please share your calendar booking availability or time frames.
Availability times:
Tuesday - Thursday, 10 am – 1 pm or 1 pm – 3 pm
(Virtual or on-site interviews)
4. Set Up Interviews
We will set up interviews for you within 4-5 business days.
5. Selection Process & Feedback
Businesses share feedback with us on the candidates' interviews. We can send you more candidates or move on to the next round of interviews.
We can facilitate the interviewing process and help you get someone hired within 2 weeks to 1 month+, depending on your preferences, feedback, availability, communication, and confirming with us
